Payment Drop Box Information
Morgantown maintains a payment drop box located next to the front door at Town Hall. It is available 24 hours a day. This payment drop box is emptied once every morning at the beginning of the day and those payments are processed at that time. Please be aware that payments left in the drop box will be processed the next day, not the day you place it in the box. Payments are accepted in Town Hall when the office is open, normally from 9am to 3pm Monday through Friday – except Holidays.
If you are concerned about late payment or a possible utility shut off, you should come inside Town Hall and pay at the counter rather than use the drop box. You may also pay with a valid credit or debit card using our customer portal www.invoicecloud.com/morgantownin
