Users of and owners of property served by the Town of Morgantown water utility, and other interested persons, are hereby notified that a public hearing to be held at 6:00 p.m., on February 17, 2025, the Morgantown Town Council will consider increases in rates and charges.
A copy of the proposed ordinance may be examined at the offices of the Morgantown Clerk-Treasurer, 120 W. Washington St., Morgantown, IN.
Customers of the Town’s water utility, who attend the public hearing on February 17, 2025, pursuant to Indiana Code Section 8.1-5-3-8.2(b), may file with the Town a written petition objecting to the rates and charges.
