DESCRIPTION:Users of and owners of property served by the Town of Morgantown water utility\, and other interested persons\, are hereby notified that a public hearing to be held at 6:00 p.m.\, on February 17\, 2025\, the Morgantown Town Council will consider increases in rates and charges. \nA copy of the proposed ordinance may be examined at the offices of the Morgantown Clerk-Treasurer\, 120 W. Washington St.\, Morgantown\, IN. \nCustomers of the Town’s water utility\, who attend the public hearing on February 17\, 2025\, pursuant to Indiana Code Section 8.1-5-3-8.2(b)\, may file with the Town a written petition objecting to the rates and charges. \nSee the Proposed Ordinance.
