The Town Council of the Town of Morgantown , Indiana, at 5:15 p.m., on Monday, December 8, 2025, pursuant to Indiana Code Section 5-14-1.5-1.6(b)(2)(B), will hold an executive session to discuss strategy with respect to pending litigation.
The executive session will be held at the Morgantown fire Department, 269 West Washington St, Morgantown, Indiana and will be closed to the public.
